About Dr. Ahmed Gabr
Attorney & Legal Consultant | Law, Security & Counterterrorism Specialist
Dr. Ahmed Gabr is an attorney, legal consultant, and researcher with over 20 years of professional and academic experience in law, criminal investigations, security, and counterterrorism.
He holds a Ph.D. in Law from Cairo University and a Master’s Degree in Police Sciences from the Police Academy, in addition to specialized studies in Crisis Management, Islamic Sharia, and Private Law.
He served as a police officer with the Egyptian Ministry of Interior, specializing in criminal investigations, counterterrorism, and countering violent extremism.
Dr. Gabr has extensive teaching and training experience at the Police Academy, National Institute for Special Forces Training, Cairo University – Khartoum Branch, and Arab Open University.
Internationally, he served as a Research Fellow at the NATO Defense College in Rome and received advanced training at the FBI National Academy in Quantico, USA.
His multidisciplinary experience enables him to provide specialized legal and security consultancy to individuals, companies, and institutions, particularly in complex matters involving legal, security, and regulatory considerations at both domestic and international levels.
