Sameh Elbaqary is the founder and a principal partner of the Law Firm,Studied Law, and has been practicing law for more than 25 years. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive experience in legal practice before Egyptian and Arab courts of various levels and jurisdictions.
He has served as legal counsel to a number of local and international companies, providing legal advice and representation in a wide range of matters and disputes, including criminal and civil litigation, as well as appeals before the Court of Cassation and the Supreme Administrative Court.
He has substantial expertise in courtroom advocacy, legal drafting, pleadings, memoranda, and appeals, in addition to strong skills in negotiation, dialogue, commercial transactions, and deal-making. He also has considerable experience in managing and supervising legal teams.
In addition, he has participated in numerous legal conferences and professional events and has contributed to the training and development of a wide range of legal professionals, reflecting his extensive practical experience in litigation, legal consultancy, negotiation, and legal training.
